The Grand Hall is approximately 7000 square feet with 12 foot windows, storefront view of the old mill clock tower and impressive church steeple, beautiful marble restrooms and the grand staircase.
The spacious room can be draped for a smaller gathering or used in combination with other areas for larger groups.

Gallery ll is approximately 2000 square feet and boasts beautiful hardwood floors, charming bead board ceilings with original turn buckle trusses, 10 foot windows and large marble restrooms.
701 Center for Contemporary Art's gallery is situated along side Gallery ll and combined are approximately 5000 square feet.
The contemporary Studio 204 is outfitted with a full modern kitchen, full bath down, an intimate loft with a half bath and is approximately 1000 square feet.
